What we collect
Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, country, area of interest, estimated volume, and the message you send us. Through the careers form: name, email, phone, desired area or role, message, and the CV you attach.
What we use it for
We use this data only to answer your requests, prepare proposals and catalogs and, for applications, assess your profile. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your request (contact or application) and our legitimate interest in replying to you. Data from contact requests is kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on them. CVs are kept for a maximum of 2 years, for possible future opportunities, and you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Sharing
Data may be processed by service providers that run the website and send email, always under contract and only for that purpose. Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (for example, in the United States); in those cases, transfers are made with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not pass data to third parties for any other purpose.
Audience measurement
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless tool that collects no personally identifiable data, only aggregated visit statistics.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, at geral@saborestradicionais.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).
